Skincare Lab Shipping Policy

Skincare Lab uses expedited shipping with full tracking via the fastest available carrier for all orders. Orders over $50 USD qualify for free shipping; all other orders incur a flat shipping fee of $15 USD.

Shipping Times

  • Orders ship within 1-2 business days from the date of order payment confirmation.

  • Delivery typically takes 3-9 business days to Canada and the US, depending on location and carrier.

Free Shipping Threshold

  • Free expedited shipping applies to all orders totaling $50 USD or more (before tax).

  • This includes both skincarelab.ca and skincarelab.us stores.

Shipping Costs

  • Flat rate of $15 USD for orders under $50 USD.

  • No additional fees for tracking or expedited service.

International Shipping

  • Currently available only to Canada and the US.

  • Duties/taxes are the customer's responsibility for international orders.
