Instead of mixing oils yourself, choose a blend designed for the moment. Breathe Easy combines bergamot, geranium, rose, rosemary and eucalyptus for a fresh, open aroma. Rejuvenate blends clary sage, ylang ylang, jasmine, marjoram and nutmeg for a warm, floral lift. Stress Free and the other blends offer calming notes for winding down. Use them in a diffuser, add them to a bath or dilute for massage.
Add 3–5 drops to the water tank of an ultrasonic diffuser or humidifier and enjoy the aroma. For massage or body care, always dilute in a carrier oil such as jojoba or sweet almond oil and patch-test on a small area first. Not for ingestion; keep away from eyes, children and pets.
